Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 days depending on the quantity ordered, based on freight carriers, shipping carriers, and third party carriers. If there is a delay in shipment processing times, customers will be notified immediately. We take pride in our shipping track history, quality products, and exceptional customer service.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and volume of our packages.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number for your order as soon as we receive your order with either third party apps like Shop, Shipstation, UPS, FedEx, USPS.

Customs, duties, and taxes

KT Gloves  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

KT Gloves  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
