Shipping policy

Free standard shipping

KT Gloves offers free standard shipping on normal retail orders delivered within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required for eligible orders.

Exceptions

Free standard shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO or other military addresses, unusually heavy or oversized shipments, freight shipments, or negotiated bulk and business orders. Available methods and charges for these orders are shown at checkout when supported or provided through a manual quote.

Processing and delivery

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time begins after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Processing and delivery times may vary based on order size, inventory, destination, carrier availability, weather, and other conditions outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment confirmation and tracking information are sent after the order ships.

P.O. boxes

Some products and shipment sizes cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. Checkout will show the methods available for the delivery address entered.

Bulk, oversized, and freight orders

Large business orders, unusually heavy or oversized shipments, and freight shipments may require separate shipping terms and a manual quote. Contact KT Gloves before ordering if you need approximately 20 or more cases or have special delivery requirements.

International shipping

International availability and carrier-calculated rates vary by destination and product. Any available options are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination charges.

Damaged or missing shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or appears to be missing, preserve the packaging and contact the carrier and KT Gloves promptly. Email info@ktgloves.com with the order number and relevant details.
