KT Gloves offers free standard shipping within the United States on eligible online orders.

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. We typically use USPS Ground Advantage or another comparable ground service when appropriate. Delivery time begins after the order has shipped and may vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend may begin processing the following business day.

Local Pickup — Upland, CA

Free local pickup is available in Upland, California. Pickup orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days.

Please wait until you receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification before arriving. Pickup instructions and location details will be provided when your order is ready.

Order Cancellations

Regular retail orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before shipment. Once an order has shipped, our return policy applies.

Bulk and custom-quoted orders may have different cancellation terms. If merchandise has already been purchased or committed to for an approved bulk quote, the order may no longer be cancellable.
