30-Day Returns

KT Gloves accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Opened boxes of disposable gloves and other hygiene or disposable PPE products are final sale for health and safety reasons.

Size Exchanges

Unopened and unused products may be exchanged for another available size within 30 days. Full cases must remain one size per case.

Return Shipping

For standard returns or size exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If KT Gloves sent the wrong product or size, or if an item arrives damaged or defective, KT Gloves will cover the reasonable cost to make the order right.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please contact us at info@ktgloves.com and include photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging. Photos are required before a replacement or refund can be approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Bulk & Custom Orders

Bulk and custom-quoted orders may be final sale once KT Gloves has purchased or committed to the merchandise. Any special return or cancellation terms will be disclosed before the quote is accepted.
